Your acceptance will be final only with the reception of your final article and payment before next September 5th.
The final paper (up to 6-pages) written in English must be submitted using IEEE Template. Each page should be formatted using double-column, single spacing, standard 10-point fonts (Times, Times New Roman, Courier and Symbol), one inch margins (2.5 cm) on each side of the page, using US Letter format.
Camera ready copy must be sent before next September 5th using the web site Easy Chair, the ITST2009 Conference and Custom Publishing system, as they will be producing the final proceedings.
1) Login to Easy Chair
2) Go to your paper number page
3) Select "Submit a new version" and update your pre-submission.
Please note that you must complete your registration including your payment along submitting your final article in order to attend the ITST 2009 Conference as a speaker. Without payment, the final paper will not be included in the ITST2009 Conference Proceedings.
The proceedings will be normally published by IEEE Press. It will also be entered into the IEEE Xplore database.
Best papers of the conference will be considered for further publication in a forthcoming issue of the RTS journal
Please note that there will be a student “Best Paper Award” with a certificate and prize.
