Registration fee

Registration fees include access to conferences, exhibitions and poster sessions, proceedings, coffee breaks lunches on Tuesday 20, Wednesday 21, Thursday 22, Welcome reception on Tuesday 20, Gala dinner on Wednesday 21.

The fees are follows:

Cancellation conditions

Notification of any cancellation must be sent by email
The following cancellation fees will be applied:

100 € for any cancellation request received before the 1st of October
50% of registration fees for any cancellation request received between the 1st and 19th
May included 100% of registration fees for any cancellation request received after the 19th October.
